Scott is Performa’s Head of Corporate Credit responsible for leading the firm’s investment grade corporate portfolio management, trading and research effort.  He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Policy Group (IPG).  He has been involved in various aspects of fixed income markets for more than 20 years having spent considerable time early in his career as an investment grade and high yield analyst before moving on to focus on trading and managing investment grade corporate portfolios. Prior to joining Performa in 2012, Scott worked at Dwight Asset Management as the Head of Investment Grade Credit and was a member of that firm’s Fixed Income Strategy Team.  Prior to that, he held credit analyst roles at Gannett Welsh & Kotler and Loomis Sayles in Boston. Scott graduated from Union College with a B.A. in Political Science and earned an M.B.A. in Business Management from Clarkson University.  He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation from the CFA® Institute and is a member of the CFA Societies of Vermont and Boston.
