Kathy is Performa’s Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for leading the firm’s compliance efforts by implementing, managing and overseeing compliance and risk programs that adhere to global regulations.  Prior to joining Performa in 2012, she was a Compliance Officer at Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge Trust Company where she was responsible for regulatory and internal compliance oversight.  Prior to that, Kathy worked for Old Mutual Asset Management Trust Company as their AML Compliance Officer, Client Service Manager and Treasurer.  Kathy graduated from Saint Anselm College with a B.A. in Accounting and a minor in Human & Work Relations.
